Morton® System Saver® II Pellets are NSF certified. They also meet or exceed ANSI/AWWA B200 standard for sodium chloride.
Morton® System Saver® II Pellets contain a patented, water-soluble resin cleaning additive.
Morton® System Saver® II Pellets will substantially reduce iron-fouling of resin beads, thereby extending the capacity and life of your water softener. If iron is allowed to build up onto resin beads, it can permanently reduce their water softening capacity. Over time, these iron deposits can become so excessive that they fracture the resin beads, requiring resin bed replacement.
Left unremoved, iron becomes a breeding ground for certain types of bacteria (View Excess Iron Leads to Bacteria image on right). Morton® System Saver® II prevents bacterial growth by removing iron and keeping your water cleaner.
Certain water and salt supplies also contain higher than normal levels of manganese. If left in your water softening system, manganese can foul your brine tank and resin bed, as well as contaminate your softened water. Morton® System Saver® II Pellets help to prevent manganese build-up in your brine system, keeping it clean.

Morton® Rust Remover Pellets are designed for use with high iron water. Rust Remover combats issues caused by iron and rust and can remove 15 times more iron than plain salt!* Rust Remover also reduces rust build-up in your softener and helps your softener run more efficiently.
Rust Remover Pellets come in a 40 lb. bag that is easier to carry, open and pour thanks to our special bag features. The easy-open tear opens wide to allow salt to pour easily and flow freely. Rust Remover also provides a rigid plastic handle for more comfortable carrying and lifting.
Morton® Pool Salt helps generate free chlorine necessary to maintain your salt water pool and delivers:
- High Purity Salt
- Fast Dissolving Crystals
- Free of Stain Causing Additives
- Morton® Pool Salt does not contain iodine
- Morton® Pool Salt is made of high purity salt (sodium chloride) designed to maintain salt water pools.
You should only use pool salt if your pool is equipped with a functioning salt water chlorinator or generator system. If you are unsure if you have a salt water system, please consult your pool installer or a pool professional to confirm.
Morton® Pool Salt does not contain any anti-caking agents or Iodine
- Eliminates negative effects of chlorine (irritation to eyes, skin and clothing)
Morton does not recommend adding pool salt to a pool without a chlorine generator. Adding pool salt to a pool not equipped with a salt chlorine generator will not generate the free chlorine agents necessary to maintain a safe swimming pool environment.
Bulk Salt is also available for delivery by Pneumatic Tanker, flat bed, 48' Van or in our patented "C.I .Bin system". All can be designed to be "Customer Specific" with pre-weighed Semi- Bulk Batch bags. From 1- 24 ton deliveries available.
*Morton® System Saver® II Pellets Info.
With Morton® System Saver® II Pellets, cleaner resin beads mean longer time between regeneration cycles. As a result, you'll use less salt and reduce costs associated with fouled resins, added maintenance, cleanouts, and downtime. And you'll postpone costly resin replacement.
Morton®System Saver®II Pellets leave behind less insolubles and help to prevent formation of iron and manganese sludge in your brine tank. Our specially patented formula helps keep these hardness minerals in solution, minimizing sludge build-up. The sludge can adversely affect your process, equipment, and final product increasing the frequency of cleanouts and possibly leading to fouling of your brinemaker’s mechanical system.
